  • Eating is personal. Online or in-person, this program is designed for individuals looking for more guidance on what works best for their body.

    I want to educate you on the nutrition practices that work for YOUR body and lifestyle.

    After an initial discussion, I will design a personalized meal plan with a schedule and guide you through it.

    With this package, you will have the tools to fuel your body without the stress of overanalyzing what you eat and when.

    • Regular check-ins to make sure program is sustainable and helping you meet your goals

    • Total of 6 meetings

  • Athletes are hyper-focused on performance and achieving goals. To help support those goals, I will design a personalized plan that provides you with a game plan for your training and rest days. An additional gameday fueling plan will give you the boost you need to perform your best.

    During my own pregnancy journey, I wanted to cut through all the noise and create a plan to eat in a way that supported my baby’s growth and development while also staying sane.

    Prioritizing nutrition and healthy movement were also key components in my postpartum recovery.

During this session, you can expect to walk through nutrition fundamentals, added benefits to performance as well as the option to customize based on specific sport or team’s needs.
